FLYING SAFARI TO MURCHISION FALLS-3 DAYS
A 3 day private safari which starts and finishes in Entebbe.
This safari takes you to Uganda’s largest national park. The park protects a chunk of untamed African savannah bisected by the mighty river Nile. The meandering Victoria Nile and the dramatic Murchison Falls make this park a Must-be-visited destination. The park adopts its name from the dramatic Murchison Falls, which are formed from a point where the world's longest river explodes violently through a narrow cleft in the Rift Valley escarpment, plunging into a frothing pool 43m below.
The stunning semi- arid environment provides a habitat for a variety of wildlife which includes giraffes, side-striped jackals, several herds of elephants, buffaloes, the beautiful Uganda kob, warthogs, hartebeests, and lions. Apart from game viewing, the launch trip to the bottom of the Falls is another memorable adventure giving you the experience of the mighty Biblical Nile.
On the launch you may see schools of crocodiles and hippos basking on the river banks as well as a variety of birds.
The safari will later fly you back to Entebbe international airport.
